our employees have a broad understanding of the business case for

supplier diversity process provides the company.
Our Procurement Department team of supplier diversity
professionals engages in activities to ensure that the diversity found
in our communities is reflected in our supply base:
- Utilization
- Sybase
identifies minority- and woman-owned businesses capable of meeting its
business requirements.
- Qualification
– The
Procurement Department determines relevant business criteria such as
competencies, geographical scope, capacity and more.
- Outreach
- Sybase encourages
its management and employees to utilize existing qualified diverse
suppliers and to actively look for other qualified diverse suppliers.
