Message Moderator is an
inbound SMS application used by TV and
radio to encourage live interaction with viewers or listeners.
The Message Moderator application provides a simple way to
receive, view, save, delete and reply to Short Message Service (SMS)
messages received from viewers or listeners. Saved messages can then be
published to other applications, including Web pages, computerized
billboards and television programs.
Moderator is most commonly used for:

for TV and radio
Text-to-screen applications
