Sybase 365 provides all mobile operators with a Web-based online statistical reporting tool for viewing and monitoring inter-operator messaging traffic. This browser-based tool is free of charge and requires no additional client software to access. The reporting interface provides real-time messaging volume statistics and message details in a tabular format. Users can run searches based on dates, time periods and specific messages. Reports are downloadable in text (.txt) format for further analysis. In addition, operators can view data by day, month, operator and country, providing a more in-depth look at messaging traffic. The reports detail mobile originated (MO) and mobile terminated (MT) messaging totals, broken down by successful and unsuccessful messages, with error reports available to analyze unsuccessful message deliveries. Organizations across the company can use the reporting and statistics tool to gather intelligence about messaging traffic by evaluating trends, troubleshooting inquiries and validating financial information.
