Sybase 365’s reporting services rank amongst the best in the industry, enabling operators to view real-time traffic statistics and make real-time decisions.

Sybase 365 provides each operator with Report Manager—a Web-based reporting and monitoring portal application that provides operators access to their inter-operator Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) traffic. Report Manager is easy to use and requires no additional client software beyond Internet access and a Web browser. This tool allows operators to:

  • Monitor messaging traffic in real time on an hourly basis
  • Evaluate trends in messaging traffic to determine peak utilization
  • Easily identify potential problems by highlighted decreases in traffic
  • View reports that break down traffic by operator for a selected time period – a day, week or month
  • Analyze further breakdowns in traffic by country and error code

Interoperability Reporting

Report Manager also provides active link monitoring, statistics at both an aggregate and subscriber mobile station integrated services digital network (MSISDN) level, as well as administrative interfaces.
