This package is not intended to replace your efforts in conducting your own detailed solution design, but a supplement to it.
Activities
- Pre-engagement conference call to review business objectives, technical specifications and project logistics
- Onsite workshop meetings with business and technical infrastructure stakeholders to address and document the following package components:
- Business processes to be supported and existing systems to be integrated into the overall Sybase iAnywhere infrastructure
- Sybase iAnywhere product capabilities mapped to business processes
- Requirements not inherently met by Sybase iAnywhere products
- High-level custom code requirements (if necessary)
- Proposed Sybase iAnywhere product environment
- Scope of effort required to migrate from existing technology to the envisioned Sybase iAnywhere solution
- High-level roadmap, including resource and time estimates for the entire implementation
- Install and configure all licensed Sybase iAnywhere products and components per approved design
- Install and configure up to five licensed Sybase iAnywhere clients and verify client/server connectivity
- Deploy pilot clients with Sybase iAnywhere software and verify connectivity and functionality
- Create one functional example of each licensed Sybase iAnywhere product component

- Fully functional Sybase iAnywhere product environment that meets business requirements within technical capabilities of the products employed
- Professional Trip Report documenting trip activities, recommendations from workshop meetings and software configuration
