The RemoteWare Worklist ECF Translator Solution Package for Afaria provides the functionality to convert a RemoteWare Worklist ECF into an Afaria Worklist. This is accomplished through:

• Parsing a RemoteWare Worklist ECF
• Converting the RemoteWare events to compatible Afaria events
• Creating an equivalent Afaria Worklist

This solution package includes several configuration options, including the location of the RemoteWare ECF folder, Afaria Worklist folder and cleanup intervals for RemoteWare ECB/ECE files.

This solution package assumes that customers possess significant in-house expertise in RemoteWare, Afaria, networking and remote-access technologies. In addition, this solution package assumes internal availability of resources that are sufficiently knowledgeable to develop and document necessary system designs and hardware architecture requirements, as well as manage issues associated with overall system scalability. This solution package requires Afaria v5.x.

• Pre-engagement conference call between a Sybase iAnywhere consultant and the customer’s technical representative to review technical specifications, software to be installed, network configuration, network account assignments and project logistics.
